What this website is — and is not
This website does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for care from your own licensed provider. Nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. In an emergency, call 911. For urgent concerns, contact your OB, midwife, or pediatrician.
Our services
Golden Months coordinates in-home maternal and newborn recovery care delivered by licensed and credentialed professionals. Services, availability, and coverage vary by location and by your health plan. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline where we cannot safely or lawfully deliver care.
Applications and consultations
Applications and assessments are free. Where a deposit reserves a care team and recovery window, its amount and refund terms are disclosed before any payment and governed by your client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Communications
By providing your contact information you agree we may contact you about your inquiry and care by email, phone, and — where you have consented — text message. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, including health details relevant to safe care
- Treat our care professionals with respect; we may end services for unsafe conduct
- Use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access
Intellectual property
The Golden Months name and marks — including Recovery Blueprint™, Recovery Score™, Nesting Concierge™, Fourth Trimester Recovery™, and Family Readiness Index™ — along with site content and design, are owned by Golden Months and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Months is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
